Delivery Times & Costs
If your order is placed before midday, it is usually dispatched same day. Next Day orders must be placed before 12.00 noon UK time.
We use DHL to ship your paint order and you can track it via a link on your dispatch email.
Colour cards, sample pots and small accessories are sent out via Royal Mail.
We offer two main services for the United Kingdom, and costs are as follows:

Delivery to more remote postcodes and all deliveries to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands will take longer and incur a surcharge.
We also offer international shipping. You can get an estimate of the shipping charges when you have items in your basked and click on ‘VIEW CART’. The final costs are calculated when you get to checkout and are subject to location, weight / volume.
Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Packaging
We package our paint with a lot of care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
We use food-grade tins, which seal really well. When packing each tin, we put them in a large ‘egg’ box, specially made for us. The void fill is all recycled cardboard. Delivery is in our own branded Brouns & Co box wherever possible.
In the unlikely event that the goods arrive damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. After this time, we cannot accept claims.
We understand that perhaps you have chosen the wrong product or you have changed your mind. In that case, you can, of course, return your goods for a refund. There will however be a re-stocking charge of 10% of the item(s) current sales price for any returned order which will be deducted from your refund. Returns for refunds are subject to the following conditions:
1.The products are unopened and returned within 30 days from date of purchase with a valid proof of purchase.
2.You must notify us by email – sales@linseedpaint.com – within 24 hours of receipt of your order
3 The goods are returned at your own expense and the goods need to be in a saleable condition.
4.The goods will be deemed returned when actually received;
5.If it is paint that is being returned, that the paint is a stock colour and not made-to-order.
Please note: We cannot accept returns on custom-made paint products.
