This is a particularly beautiful timeless colour, closely matching the colour of putty. The paint itself is a joy to use once you acclimatise to the slower drying time compared to modern paints. I now use Browns & Co paint for all priming, interior as well as exterior. I am able to do a compare and contrast with the modern exterior paint I inherited now peeling and splitting in comparison to the linseed paint which instead has integrated with the wood still looking good after six years.
